Applied Coatings & Linings Inc. can abrasive blast and apply protective linings to any size pipe down to 2" in diameter, straight or fabricated pipe spools.

Interior lining types range from thin film liquid and powder epoxies to high build spin-cast elastomeric urethanes.

Exterior coating types include alkyds, epoxies, zinc-rich, elastomeric urethanes as well as other multi-coat systems. 

One of our specialties 3M Scotchkote Fusion Bond Epoxy (FBE).  A high build epoxy powder that works well for pipe that is in splash zones, sub-sea, buried or other extreme environments.

Fusion bond powder coatings and linings have a limitation of 24 foot maximum lengths. Liquid coatings have no length limitation.
